How has Lindsay Lohan been passing the time in jail? According to People magazine, she has been spending some of her time with Ernest Hemingway.

Eunice Oh and Ken Lee, writers for People magazine, report that "Lohan's copy of Ernest Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea was apparently confiscated when she was processed so the jail's librarian brings her a different book by the famed American author."

Lindsay Lohan is not the only celebrity who enjoys reading Hemingway. Other celebrity admirers of Hemingway's works include Elisabeth Shue, Stacy Keach, and Andy Garcia.
